Nowadays, we can’t imagine music without technology. We live in an era of music tech. Musicians and music is delivered to people via recordings which is why you need to use every possible technical gadget you got both in the studio and on the stage, not to mention the internet, to gain more listeners.

Tõnu Kallaste has contributed a lot to the development of music tech. He’s a creative, teacher, musician, IT developer for the music sector, helper and consultant who’s talented both in the music and tech side. He’s a great piano player, orchestra conductor and a long-standing lecturer at the music department at Viljandi Culture Academy. He is a creatively talented person who writes and arranges songs and can also tune pianos or keep in touch with the entire world as a radio amateur.
