OOPUS

OOPUS combines psy-ambient-techno-trad music with live visuals, where traditional instruments meet modern synthesizers and co-create this world of dance and wonder live.

OOPUS takes bits and pieces of North European folk tunes and combines them with modern club culture mixing and matching old and new. OOPUS’s creation often gets inspiration from improvisation, soundscapes, dancing and trance state of mind.

The band has given short 15min concerts to hours long sets at rave parties and among other places performed at Burning Man festival 2017 (NV, USA).

OOPUS’s first single “Hingesandid” creatively melts together two seemingly different genres and brings up a lot of recognition.
